TGIF – Low Level Leather Farming

It’s nice to mix things up sometimes. There’s plenty of gold to be made just by farming high level or end game zones and mobs. But sometimes you can make coin by working over the old school zones. People level so quickly that they often don’t spend very much time in the zones, and miss out on some lucrative gold making opportunities. Take stacks of leather, for example. I still see medium leather selling for a small fortune. People don’t bother farming it because they just don’t want to spend the time. I’ve let skinning lapse on many leveling characters for that same reason. If I only would have taken the time to stop and smell the roses, or in this case gut and skin the animals, my character would not only have had adequate skinning skills but a nice pile of gold on top of it.

Let this be a lesson to you – a sharp knife can make you money, regardless of your level.
